How does the pricing work?
You pay a fixed price for the item or the load size, and you see it before you book. No hourly rates, no weighbridge surprises and no extra charge for carrying things down stairs.
What can you take, and what can you not?
We take household and office rubbish, furniture, appliances, electronics, garden waste, rubble and most bulky items. Fridges, freezers, batteries and hazardous waste are handled under separate rules, so tell us in advance. We cannot take asbestos, clinical waste, tyres in bulk or liquids other than booked cooking oil collections.
What is a waste transfer note?
It is the record that shows who took your waste and where it went. We email you one after every job, which is what you need if the council or your landlord asks for proof.
How can I pay?
Card online when you book, or card, Apple Pay and Google Pay with the crew on the day.
Can you come the same day?
Often yes. Same day slots depend on where our vans already are, so book early in the day and we will tell you straight away if we can reach you.
Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. WasteRound is registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier and we tip at licensed transfer stations only. Our registration number is shown in the footer.
Which areas do you cover?
On demand collections and clearances cover all London postcodes. Recurring commercial collections run in Harrow, Barnet and the surrounding NW postcodes.
